Happy sunday lunch

どないしたんやと思う位にエエ天気。
うちは朝から低血圧やのに、掃除だなんだとアクティブに動いた。
で、お茶とお菓子を用意していそいそとTVの前へ。
今日はロンドンマラソンが行われるのだ。
ホンマは出場したくて走り込んでたんやけど、今年は見学や。

おっ！コニーがこの大会に関する仕事をしてるんやった。
頑張れメールせな。よしっ準備完了。

うちは最初、女子のマーラ・ヤマウチ選手の事を日本人と思って
めちゃめちゃ 応援してた。
けど、ようTVの実況中継聞いてたら英国籍やった。。。

そんなとこへ、エリーからサンデーランチしませんかメールが着た。
いそいそと出かける準備をしてエリーの家へ！
ご友人のロミーを紹介して もらった。
ロミーは日本で働き、アメリカにBFがいる素敵な キャリアウーマン。
３人で昼間からパブでビールとワインを飲み、サンデーランチを頂いた。
そして、締めはジェラード〜！全部、うまかったです。

その後は、ケンジントンガーデンで転がって昼寝をしたり、
喋ったり、笑ったりした。
うちは社会経験の長い人から色んな話しを聞くのが大好きなのです。
ロミーのお話しはとても貴重でした。

エリー、うちが元気になる機会をいつも作ってくれてありがとうですっ

It was so wonderful and beautiful weather.
My blood pressure normally low, however I did house cleaning
and etc from the morning.

Well, I prepared tea and some sweets; and cheerfully
sat down in front of TV.
Because London Marathon is performing today.
I wanted to participate, and I was running every day,
but just watch it this year.

Oh! My friend Coney working in this big event.
I must send an email “Do its best!” to her.

I thought Ms. Mara Yamauchi to be a Japanese woman
from the first and supported her. But she is British.....

I had got an e-mail from Elly when I feel quiet disappointed.
I got ready to go out cheerfully and went to her house!

Elly introduced Romy of her friend to me.
Romy is the wonderful workingwoman in Japan,
and her boyfriend is American.

I enjoyed the happy Sunday lunch while drinking beer
and wine in the pub with Elly and Romy.
And we ate Gerard! It was brilliant!!!

Afterwards, we went to Kensington garden.
We were lay on the grass, took a nap, talked and laughed
with sunshine.

I love to hear various stories from a person
who has many social experiences.
The talk of Romy was very valuable for me.

Elly always makes the good opportunity to me.

チェリーさん

事件から３ヶ月が過ぎた。
毎晩夜中に悪夢で目が覚める事、寝付いても６時４０分に必ず目覚める事。
眠れないって辛いものね。
これが、痛みや色んな事に繋がっているんやろか？

今日は朝からカウンセリング。本格的カウンセリング。
色んな事を考えながら先生のと話した。
＊日記に私の感情をや考えを書く事
＊問題がどんな場面／状況で起こっているのか、書き出す事
＊自分の決めた事が出来なくても落ち込むのではなく、別の方法を考える事
これを認知療法と言うそうだ。はやく、夢から醒めたいものだ。


ほんで。
夜はジュディの友人のチェリーさんと中華を食べました。
ほんまはうちがエスコートせなあかんのに、エスコートしてもらい、
おまけに、ご馳走になってもうた。ジュディ、約束を果たせなくてごめん。

チェリーさんはバリバリのキャリアウーマン。
東京、ロンドン、大阪、福岡での勤務歴とイギリスの永住権を持ってます。
ご本人は謙遜されてましたが、多忙なのに今日の約束について何度も私に
連絡を下さったり、話し方やしぐさ、人柄から、なんて言うんでしょう。
どの職場でも前向きに仕事をされて、皆から頼りにされてはるんやろなと
感じる素敵なオーラを持った方でした。

こういう人と出会うと、とても元気になります。ほんま素敵な人やった。
うちも、うちと話すと楽しいと言われる様になる為に自分を磨こう。

Japanese restaurant/日本食

曇り空から午後は冷たい雨になった。
今日は朝から身体が重い。まっ実際、体重があるので重いのは事実である。

でも、金曜日。
週末はジュリアがのんびりするから、今日お掃除しとかなきゃ。
頑張って棚のホコリを掃き→台所を磨き→掃除機をかけて→床を拭いたよ！

ヘトヘトで病院を予約しているのでセンターへ出た。
その前にエリーと日本食を食べる約束をしていたのでレストランへ。

で、迷子になった。。。うちはどうして地図が読まれへんねやろ。

ビジネス会社が立ち並ぶビル群の中で聞けるのは、スタンウェー社の受付に
座ってるおにーさんだけ。恐る恐る扉を開けて聞いたら
「あ〜あの日本食レストラン！僕もよく行くんだよ。あの大きな通りの
向こうにあるよ。エンジョイ〜」って優しく教えてくれた。
スタンウェー社が益々、大好きになりました。

塩焼きの銀ダラ定食(白いゴハン、お味噌汁、お漬け物）美味しかったです。
It was cold rainy weather from cloudiness this afternoon.
I had a headache and feels heavily my body today.
Actually, I am fat girl...hahaha...

But It is Friday!
Because Julia takes rest on the weekend, I must clean this flat today.
I did my best and swept the dust of the shelf, polished the kitchen,
vacuumed the floor and wiped the floor!

Then, I went to the center because I took an appointment with Dr.

Before go to clinic, I looked for the Japanese restaurant,
because Elly and I promised to have a Japanese lunch there.

But! I was lost. . . Why can not I read a map?

Many building of business companies stand in a row,
there is only Steinway & Sons company of the world highest grade
that I can ask about my problem.
I opened a door fearfully and asked the man of the receptionist
about the restaurant.
"I know the Japanese restaurant, and go to there well, too.
There is it in the other side of that big street. "He was explain me it kindly.
I came to love Steinway & Sons company more and more.

The set meal of the grilling cod with salt
(white rice, miso soup, and pickles) was delicious.
