10月にロンドンの”The Movieum of London”にて
エキシビジョンが行われるそうです。
行きたいな。行けるかな。

Aomame2

History was one of the things that Aomame loved as well as sports.
She hardly read the novels, but when it came to the books related to history,
she could read forever.
The reason why she liked the history was because all the facts were related to
the specific years and the places basically . It isn't so difficult for her to memorize
era names of history. Once she grips the relations between the front, back,
left and right of various events, without memorizing the figures by heart, the name
of an era comes to remembrance automatically.
Aomame always got the highest point in the history examination when she was
in the junior high school and the high school. Whenever she met the person
who was not good at remembrance of era names of history,
she wondered: Why can't he or she do such a simple thing?
歴史はスポーツとならんで、青豆が愛好するもののひとつだった。
小説を読むことはあまりないが、歴史に関連した書物ならいくらでも読めた。

歴史について彼女が気に入っているのは、すべての事実が基本的に
特定の年号と場所に結びついているところだった。
歴史の年号を記憶するのは、彼女にとってそれほどむずかしいことではない。
数字を丸暗記しなくても、いろんな出来事の前後左右の関係性をつかんで
しまえば、年号は自動的に浮かび上がってくる。
中学と高校では、青豆は歴史の試験では常にクラスで最高点をとった。
歴史の年号を覚えるのが苦手だという人を目にするたびに、
青豆は不思議に思った。どうしてそんな簡単なことができないのだろう？

日本にいた時はジム、マラソン、ゴルフ、テニス、ダンレボ(スポーツ？)等々と
身体を動かす事が大好きやったうち。
ロンドンに来てからも毎日マラソンしてたけど、ケガしてからリハビリ以外は
お休みしてた。

今日はめっちゃいいお天気。
空中散歩＝スカイダイビングしてきたよ。
因みにスカイダイビングはスポーツです。詳しくは→空中散歩

日本では月に数回楽しんでたけど、イギリスでは初めて。
おまけに２年近くしてなかったので、今日はタンデムをお願いした。

青空の中を歩くのはめちゃめちゃ気持ち良いです

今日はロンドンで遊ぼう会だった。
必須アイテムはiPhone。
グループでiPhoneに送られてくるクイズの答えの場所に行き
写真を撮ったり、ギネスレコードをつくる等のお題が出れば
なにをするか考えてショートムービーを作ったり。と、
ロンドン中を歩き回って遊びました。

My friends and I had really enjoy today.
We participated in "Play in London".
An iPhone is necessary for this game because we obey the mission
that has been spent on an iPhone and perform various things in London.
We had really nice time with the player of this game.

Aomame

The radio of the taxi played the classical music program of
the FM broadcasting. The tune was Janáček's Sinfonietta.
It didn't seem to be suitable for hearing in the taxigot stuck in traffic.
The driver also didn't seem to strain his ears to catch the music
especially ardently. The middle age's driver shut his mouth and
was watching the uninterrupted row of the car that queued up forward,
as if an experienced fisherman, standing in the bows,
who read an evil junction line between ocean currents.

Aomame sank into a back seat, her eyes lightly closed,
and listened to the music. How many people on earth could guess the tune was
Janáček's Sinfonietta, when listening to the opening melody of
Janáček's Sinfonietta? Perhaps, the middle of "very few" and "almost none".

However, for some reason, Aomame could guess it.

タクシーのラジオは、FM放送のクラシック音楽番組を流していた。
曲はヤナーチェックの『シンフォニエッタ』。
渋滞に巻き込まれたタクシーで聴くのにうってつけの
音楽とは言えないはずだ。運転手もとくに熱心にその音楽に
耳を澄ませているようには見えなかった。中年の運転手は、

前方に途切れなく並んだ車の列を、ただ口を閉ざして見つめていた。

青豆は後部シートに深くもたれ、軽く目をつむって音楽を聴いていた。

ヤナーチェックの『シンフォニエッタ』の冒頭部分を耳にして、
これはヤナーチェックの『シンフォニエッタ』だと言い当てられる人が、
世間にいったいどれくらいいるだろう。おそらく「とても少ない」と
「ほとんどいない」の中間ぐらいではあるまいか。

しかし青豆にはなぜかそれができた。

昨日は８月７日「バナナの日」です。
皆さんバナナを食べましたか？

うちは連日ハイヒールなので腰痛悪化中。
今日入れてあと３日！ガンバ！



I forgot that yesterday was Banana day in Japan.

the pronounce of 8 is [hachi] but Japan Banana organization
changed the sound to [ba] this time.
the pronounce of 7 is [nana]

so, 7the of Aug was 87[ba nana] day.
Did you eat a banana???

結局、Tさんから｢OK｣を貰えないまま数時間寝かせて貰った。
そして翌朝 、Tさんは約２０分程でうちのメイクとヘアをつくってくれた。

職場に行くと皆の反応が
女性陣「わぁキレイ〜 どうしたん？アイシャドウとか。。。すごい〜」
男性陣「なんか、女優みたいやな。」
元上司「おっ！頼んだ甲斐あったな。お前メイク下手すぎるねん。
　　　　にしても、予想以上やなぁ」

周りも優しくしてくれ、営業に行っても契約取れるし、話し聞いてくれるし、
何より驚いたのは丁寧に動く自分がいた事。

「化粧大事やな」って思った事を久々にTさんと行動を共にして思い出した。


I had sleep for several hours without getting "OK" from Mr. T after all.

Next morning, T did about around 20 minutes with my makeup and hair.

When I arrivaled at my workplace, I was surprised at the reaction of everyone.

Women "Wow! You are really beautiful today. Tell me how to make up!”
Men ”Phew~ you look an actress"
Ex-boss "I was worth having asked to him. You are too poor at makeup.
However he has god hands because you are so nice”

Everyone was gentle to me on that day.
When I went for some company by business, I got a contract.
For the reaction of everyone to me, I worked carefully.


It was after a long absence, I shared a same time with Mr. T and
remembered that I thought, "The makeup was important".

うちがまだ日本のホテルで働いてた新人時代、
元上司「sissy, 今日はTさん宅へ泊まれ」
うち「えっ？！泊まるって？！どういう事ですか？！」
元上司「Tさんを襲うなよ」
(因みにこの上司宅へ同僚Y君と泊まりに行った時、
”Y君が危ないから”と、うちとY君の間に寝はりました)



Tさん宅でゴハン食べた後、一晩中うちは眉をかく練習をした。
約６時間。かいては消され、消されてはかき猛トレーニングした。

午前３時半頃、うちギブアップ。
｢こんなん、キレイに化粧しても誰も何も言うてくれないのに。。。」
Tさん「おまえはアホか。ええか。耳の穴をかっぽじってよう聞け！
ホテルで働いてる時のお前はお前ちゃうねん。
客は夢の様な場所に来て、ドラえもんが出て来たらびっくりするやろ」

ドラえもん。。。

I worked as a new face in the hotel of Japan.

(By the way, my fellow worker, Y and I visit and stay
at house of my ex-Boss.
At the night, my ex-Boss slept between Y and me
because "there is a lot of danger if he slept with me”)



After supper, I practiced drawing my eyebrows
in T's house overnight. It was about 6 hours.
When I draw it, he deleted and I draw it again
he deleted again… I took hard training from him.

I gave up at about half past 3 a.m.

Me "Even if I make up beautifully, nobody says anything to me"
Mr. T "You are super stupid. Must hear my voice.
You are not you when you work in the hotel.
If Doraemon comes out, gust definitely surprised
because they comes to the place with dream.

元職場のお客さんが仕事とパーティ出席の為にやって来た。
ファッション関係の仕事をしてはるので、
ウチはそれなりの格好をして空港で待ってた。

お客さん、ウチと会って開口一番
「なんや？どないしてん？なんでそんな小汚いねん？？？？？」
あの。。。一応マックスマーラなんですけど。。。

「お前な、いくらエエもん着てても自分の手入れしてなかったら
全然あかんねん。なんやそのプリン頭は？眉は？肌は？なんやねんっ
ぶっちぎりで小汚いぞ。ホンマにオンナか？」

この客、「オンナの顔はキャンバス」と、
どっかの団体が聞いたら抗議されそうな事をいつも言ってはる。
夕食会迄になんとかせなと言う訳で、色んなとこに放り込まれた。

そして夕方。
ウチは原型を留めないウチになってた。誰やねん？？？


疲れる週末になりそうだ。。。

オカンから連絡があった。
「”ノルウェイの森”の映画出演の仕事が入ったから
うちら、今から東京行くねん」

おかん「飛行機の時間あるから、もう行かな。ほなね」
電話が一方的にかかってきて、一方的に話されて、そして切れた。


なんか、全然分からへんけど 何かやりはるらしい。。。

今日は本田美奈子さんの命日。

私が生で美奈子さんを観たのは「ミスサイゴン」のOP。
この日、ウチとウチのツレ達は大騒ぎ。
うちら、レッドカーペットを歩いたのもこの日が初めてなら、
自分の席の右も左も前も後ろも　芸能人。芸能人。芸能人。
そして浩宮殿下も来た。
１階から２階のツレに「ヒロリン来た！ヒロリン来たで！！！」って
大声で伝えてたら菊の紋章をつけた方々から笑われた。

それ位、開幕前は大騒ぎだった。

幕間。
｢なぁ。美奈子(呼び捨て)のマイク壊れてる！全然声が聞こえへん」
｢キム(主役、役名)のマイクが壊れるって。。。ありえへんやろ！」
｢よう、こんだけの芸能人の前であの演技できるよな。すごいわ」
｢ロンドンカンパニーはなんで美奈子をキャスティングしたんや？
絶対に土居祐子(やっぱ呼び捨て)やろ」
｢ベトナム人にみたいに痩せてるからちゃう？」
全員「。。。。。。。。。。」


正直、
タダちゃうかったら、ちゃぶ台ひっくり返してたであろう舞台でした。


そして数ヶ月後。
美奈子が家に轢かれてアンダースタディがキムを演ると聞き、東京へ。
しかし、キャスティングボードのキムは美奈子であった。
うちら「。。。。。。。。。。」

が。
すごい声量、セリフも聞き取れる、おまけにめっちゃ感動する演技。
気がついたら泣きながらスタンディングしてたうちら。
たくさん悪口言ってごめんなさいってココロの底から思いました。


そして、これが私の観た最後の美奈子さんの舞台でした。


４年前、彼女が亡くなった事を知り追悼番組を見て、あんな細いのに
こんなに根性のある人だったんだという事を知りました。
正直、うちには真似できない。
この人は一体、何と戦ってたんだろう？って感じました。

アイドル後の彼女の歌声を初めて聴く人も多かったんちゃうかな。
亡くなってから飛ぶ様に売れるCD。
幸せやったかなぁ？こんな沢山の人があなたの歌声に癒されてるって
知ってはるかなぁ？

私は美奈子さんの「つばさ」が大好きです。

朝起てテレビをつけた。
BBCで妊婦ママとパパと男の子の家族がインタビュー受けてた。
どないしたんやろって思ったら、インフルエンザが流行してて
こないだ妊婦ママが出産して亡くなったそうだ。

「ん？！」
古い新聞をチェック。あった！１７日の新聞のトップに出てた。
昨日も今日もインフルエンザ。

でも、誰もマスクなんてしてないし、どないして予防しよかな。

天気良かったなぁ。
朝からマーケット行ったり、掃除したり、
ホームシック友人と電話で話したり。。。

夕方、テレビでマスクした西洋人をたくさん見た。
西洋人がマスクしてる姿なんてそんなに見ないし、
画面に「隔離」という文字。
北京って書いてあったから事件かなと思ったら

イギリスの学生が勉強に行ってインフルエンザに
感染されて隔離されてるとの事。

建物は柵で囲まれて、生徒さんは携帯電話で
レポーターと話しをしてた。

勉強しに行きはったのに気の毒や。

It was good day...I think...
from the morning, I went to market and clean up my flat.
and them...I talked with home sick friend. I felt apologize
to her coz I couldn't do nothing. I heard only her story.

In the evening,
I watched many Westerners whose wore a mask on TV.

I don't see the figure which a Westerner wear masks
without hospital. and then, I was surprised it to be
written as "quarantined" to a TV screen.

first, I thought that it was terrible case.
Secondly, British students went study abroad at Beijing,
however some students had flu and they are quarantined.

The building was enclosed with a fence, and the student
talked with the reporter by mobile phone.

pitied them in their misfortune....

スターってその名のとおり、まばゆい光りを放ってるから
色んな人が集まって来んのかな。

そんな素晴らしいパフォーマンスを行うスターをこんな形で
無くしてしまってほんま悔しい。

もう、ええやん。色々あったんかもしれへんけど、
最後くらいゆっくり眠らせてあげられへんのかなぁ。。。

人の人生のゴシップ楽しむよりも
うちらはうちらの人生の「時間」を何に集中して注ぐべきか、
そして本気で実行せなあかんのちゃうんかなぁ
